Yohanna Arbib-Perugia was born in Rome Italy, in 1969. She is married to Dario Perugia, an orthopedic surgeon, and is mother of 3 girls, Rebecca 8, Noa Rakel 7, and Yasmina Leah 5.
She obtained her degree in Business Administration, specializing in finance, from John Cabot University, and started her professional career in 1992 working for an international real estate company. In 1998 she became marketing director for Capital Management Limited, an international asset management company with offices in London, Monte Carlo and Rome. Presently she cooperates with a London based hedge fund management company and is a senior advisor in Europe for an international real estate company.
Her involvement in “Jewish-Israel” affairs started in 1986 when she began her involvement in the local campaign of Keren Hayesod. In 1989 she founded the Young Leadership group of Rome and was the host of one of the most successful European Young Leadership Conferences in 1991. In 1999, following her father’s footsteps, she became co-chairman of Keren Hayesod Rome and deputy president of Keren Hayesod Italy. In 2005 she was appointed member of the Campaign Cabinet of Keren Hayesod and Committee member of the Jewish Agency. In 2006 she was appointed member of the World Board of Trustees of Keren Hayesod. In October 2007 she was appointed Chair of the Board Development Committee of the Jewish Agency and in June 2008 appointed to the World Executive of Keren Hayesod-UIA. In June 2009 she was appointed as Chairman of the KH World Board of Trustees.
She is a Board members since July 2009. previously she served as a Committee Member. She Chairs the Marketing and Communications Committee.
