Mr. Menachem Leibovic is an active Deputy Chairman of the Jewish National Fund. In the past he was responsible for the Education portfolio in the organization and since 2006 he is responsible for the Land portfolio and he is the Chairman of the JNF subsidiary that runs JNF's lands and real-estate. Prior to that he served as the Director General of the Israeli Movement for Progressive Judaism and was also the Director General of the World Union in Israel and in the FSU. Mr. Leibovic also served as the Director General of "Beit Shmuel", Guest House and education and culture center of the World Union for Progressive Judaism.

Mr. Leibovic is active and was always active in many public and volunteering organizations. He has a BA in Geography and History from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem and has MA in Jewish Studies from the Hebrew University in Baltimor.

Mr. Leibovic is a member of the Board since February 2007. Prior to that he served as an Assembly member on Board Committees (1998-2002).
