Mark Levy was born in Palm Beach, Florida. He is a graduate of the University of Florida  and has a Juris Doctor degree from the Nova University Law School. Professionally speaking, he is a Member of the Florida Bar since 1981; Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Cenvill Recreation, Inc.; He also served as Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Communications & Cable, Inc.

Mark Levy held various positions within the Jewish Federation of Palm Beach County and also served as President of the Jewish Community Day School of Palm Beach County.

Mark Levy is a Member of the Board of Governors since June 2005.
