David Silvers is vice chairman of U.S. Realty Advisors, LLC in New York.   He specializes in transactions involving real estate and corporate credit and is a frequent lecturer on net leased and structured real estate transactions.

David currently serves on the Boards of UJA-Federation of New York and United Israel Appeal, and previously was UJA-Federation’s Treasurer and Chair of its Finance Committee.   He is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania (B.A.) and Harvard Law School (J.D.).

David has served on the Board of Governors since July 2009. He serves as the Chair of the B&F Subcommittee on Programs.
