The President of Germany, Christian Wulff will lay a wreath at the tomb of Theodor Herzl, the visionary of the State of Israel and founder of the World Zionist Organization, on Jerusalem`s Mt Herzl at 10am on Sunday, November, 28th escorted by two officers of the German Army.

President Wulff will be accompanied by Mr Avraham Duvdevani, the current Chairman of the World Zionist Organization.
