Ana Aruj, former Jewish Agency treasurer in Argentina who survived the terror blast at the Israeli Embassy in Buenos Aires on 17th march 1992 lights the memorial flame on Israel’s Memorial Day with Natan Sharansky, at Jewish Agency ceremony in Jerusalem for Jews killed outside Israel in acts of terror and anti-Semitism against Jews.
