The immigrants at the Jewish Agency's Tzahal 9 Absorption Center completed this week a three-month employment workshop. Approximately 40 recent immigrants from Ethiopia participated in this workshop, over the course of which they conducted employee-employer simulations and visited the Pri Hagalil factory in Hatzor.

At the graduation ceremony, the participants were greeted by Yonatan, manager of the absorption center, and Rafi Terbelsky, the cultural coordinator. The immigrants expressed their heartfelt gratitude to the "Be'atzmi" organization for arranging this program.
Approximately 60% of the immigrants moving into permanent residences are employed. Yet another important stage in the immigrants' absorption into Israeli society under the sponsorship of the Jewish Agency is now underway.
