A delegation of 50 Norwegian supporters arrived during the Sukkot holiday as part of a mission of solidarity with the State of Israel.
The group participated in a parade through the streets of Jerusalem together with other solidarity missions that came from many different countries around the world.

On Thursday, October 8th, the group visited the Jewish Agency Barnea Absorption Center in Ashkelon, where they were presented with an overview of the absorption process of Ethiopian immigrants. The guests also visited a preschool, computer room, and, of course, the sukka in the absorption center.
The visitors spoke afterward of how much they enjoyed meeting the new immigrants, and how impressed they were from the wide range of holiday activities that were held for children of all ages.
