Lois Jona, one of the Next Generation leaders at United Jewish Appeal (UJI - Keren HaYesod) in San Paulo, Brazil, visited Jewish Agency projects in Israel on July 14th, 2010, accompanied by his two young sons.
They visited the Jewish Agency Mevasseret Zion Absorption Center, where they received an overview of the Center and toured the computer room for the children of Olim.
They later visited Kibbutz Palmach Zova. The head of the Ulpan accompanied them on a tour of the kibbutz, where they met Kibbutz Ulpan program participants, who work at the laundromat, in the lunch room, and assist with the gardening.
At the Ulpan class they spoke to students from various countries, who shared their Kibbutz experience, as well as the various factors which led them to choose Ulpan on a Kibbutz, and the motivation to continue living in Israel or the desire to move to Israel in the near future.

Lois Jona and his sons enjoyed the tour of the Absorption Center and visit to the Ulpan.
Lois Jona, leader of a new generation of Brazil contributors, promised to continue in his active role at the UJI, furthering projects in Israel.
