Project Net@ is empowering today's youth through technology.
A three-year after-school program for high school students, Net@ trains Israeli youth to become certified PC and network technicians and web managers before finishing their senior year of high school. The project currently has 950 active participants in 17 cities across Israel's geographic and socio-economic peripheries and boasts 1,300 graduates.
Net@ is co-sponsored by the Jewish Agency, Keren Hayesod, the non-governmental organization Appleseeds Academy, and the international high-tech company Cisco. Participants include a Jews and Arabs; boys and girls; religious and secular teens.
