Hanukkah in the Homeland

For many new immigrants, this year marks the first time they have celebrated Hanukkah in Israel. In Jewish Agency's Cana’an Absorption Center in Tzfat, new immigrants make levivot (potato pancakes), fashion chanukiot, and eat sufganiot (jelly donuts).
