Beti Cenudi, a highly regarded artist and sculptor, immigrated to Israel from Turkey two years ago. Now, her work is on display in Ranaana.
“I work with bronze, marble, Perspex and polyester,” Beti says. “My focus is Judaica, but also other subjects. I work a little in surrealist sculpture and I like kinetic sculptures a lot. I’ve made a rotating sculpture.
“I work in pure art without any connection to politics. I look to reach people through my art, and Judaica is part of our culture and is important to me in life. I therefore make every effort to present my art through it.”
Beti immigrated to Israel from Turkey in August, 2008, and today she works as a teacher in Ranaana.
