Family Absorption in Community Neighborhoods

Bayit Rishon Bamoledet
Kibbutz Miflasim

The Sha’ar Hanegev Regional Council and Kibbutz Miflasim are offering new immigrant families from the USA and South Africa the opportunity to join the community neighborhood adjacent to Kibbutz Miflasim.  They hope to welcome 8-10 new immigrant families to Miflasim as part of the Bayit Rishon Bamoledet program. Participating families will receive all the aid and assistance offered by the Bayit Rishon Bamoledet program.

Twelve private housing units of 80 m2 (living room, 3 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, 2 toilets) are available in the community neighborhood adjacent to Kibbutz Miflasim. Each unit has the option of expansion.

Families may rent the house for the first year, and those interested may purchase the unit during that year.

Terms of Payment:
Monthly rent: $450 per month
Purchase price: $112,000
Additional payments include: education, electricity, telephone, laundry, food – according to usage. Each family pays a fee of NIS 300 for community services.
