·   Promoting aliyah: Promote aliyah around the world; develop new strategies and test new, innovative approaches to aliyah-of-choice.

·   Mobilizing for all olim: Mobilize Israeli society to help absorb all olim and ensure that all newcomers are matched with Israeli volunteers who can guide them through the absorption process.

·   Help for olim-in-need: Help olim-in-need, beyond initial absorption, to develop the tools to integrate successfully, with an emphasis on youth and children.
