David Kolitz is the Chairman & CEO of Elul Group Ltd., Israel's major technology services group of companies.  He is a member of the Presidency of ICA – Israel Industrial Cooperation Authority; member of the Board of Governors, Tel Aviv University and member, Executive Committee, America-Israel Friendship League.

Mr. Kolitz is a former Vice Chairman, member of the Executive Committee and Presidency of the Federation of Israeli Chambers of Commerce; member of the Presidency, Israel Manufacturer's Association; Chairman of Beth Hatefusoth – the Jewish Diaspora Museum and Chairman, Board of Trustees, Tel Aviv Medical Center.

He is a graduate of the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.

David Koliz has been a member of the Jewish Agency’s Board of Governors since 1999. He is a member of the Jewish Agency’s Executive.
