Deputy Minister of Absorption Yuli Edelstein and Jewish Agency Aliyah Committee Chairman Arieh Azoulay will welcome the new immigrants as they land at Ben-Gurion Airport.
This is the first group of immigrants to arrive in Israel since the recent outbreak of riots in Argentina.
Most of these immigrants will be housed in absorption centers in Ra'anana, Beersheba, and Kiryat Yam.
Yesterday, the Jewish Agency and the government decided to launch an operation to facilitate the immigration of Argentinian Jews and special assistance will be awarded to families who move from that country.
