Video -- Ethiopians whose roots trace back to Judaism are living in squalid overcrowded shacks in what was founded as a transition camp to prepare them for life in the Jewish state.

But their turn to immigrate to Israel never came and Israeli officials say will never come.

Elana Ringler reports from Gandar, Ethiopia.
