For the first time since his appointment, Chairman of the Jewish Agency, Zeev Bielski, addressed the Jewish Agency Board of Governors. Bielski presented his vision, outlook, and plans on aliyah and absorption, Jewish Zionist education, and reducing the gaps in Israel via participation between the Jewish communities in the diaspora and Israel.
