Community Wide Event Sunday, April 25, 2004 3-5 p.m. Rash Field (Baltimore’s Inner Harbor)
Please join us in paying our respects to all those who gave their lives to preserve Israel’s freedom and independence.
Our guest speaker will be Micha Danieli, Jerusalem emissary – JNF/KKL who will speak about his service in the Israel Defense Forces during Israel’s past wars.
Just like in Israel,a siren will be sounded and everything around us will stop while we observe one minute of silence to remember those who have given their lives for the State of Israel.
A ceremonial candle lighting will take place to commemorate all those who have fallen during Israel’s wars as well as those who have died as victims of terror.
There will be time to reflect and volunteers on hand to answer any questions you may have about Israel’s struggle for peace.
This is an important time, please make every effort to attend and show your support for the people of Israel.
