The Zionist Federation together with the Jewish Community, Jewish Club and Hanoar Hatzioni organized the evening commemorating the 9th anniversary of Itzchak Rabin's death.

The entire Jewish community came to participate in the very simple but emotional evening. The Israeli Ambassador to Costa Rica, Alexander Ben Zvi participated as a speaker on the panel “Thoughts on the Life and Work of Itzhak Rabin”, together with two prominent members of the Costa Rican Community, Yonathan Bilak, former Hanoar Hatzioni sheliaj and Julio Kierszenzon,  former President of the Community.
