Many children in the North are still carrying major psychological scars from the recent Lebanon War according to Dr. Chava Ankor, an expert on interventions in emergencies who lives in Kiryat Shmona. "We need to reinstall a sense of security in our youth; to help them to believe again in their ability to study and to move forward. We cannot do this alone. Net@'s first graduating class. "Because of Net@, I have real expertise in
computers that will get me far in life. I know that many younger kids,
including my brother who just started the Net@ course, look up to me as an

communities Cincinnati and Netanya, and Rona Ramon, widow of Ilan Ramon, the
first Israeli astronaut who perished in the Columbia Space Shuttle tragedy in
2003, sparked the space voyage of a small Torah scroll rescued from the
Holocaust.
