A determined spirit and a special Jewish Agency scholarship for students studying at the Sapir Regional College in the Western Negev are giving Chen Nachmany a new lease on life. Funded by the UJC's Israel Emergency Fund, approximately 1,000 students will receive tuition assistance this year.
