UPDATE 7 July, 2008
Shalom,
In follow up to the below, please find attached a list of preliminary topics and speakers to be featured at the 2008 Globes International Business Conference.
Please note that the "Globes" is very interested in having featured speakings from among the Jewish Agency's registered participants.
If there are business leaders in your community who have such expertise, we can submit their name and bio for the Globes perusal.
We are delighted to see our B2B list of registered participants growing and are looking forward to seeing members of your community taking part in it.
Sincerely,
Andrea

Shalom,
We are delighted to send you the official announcement and registration form for the second Business-to-Business (B2B) initiative at the Globes International Business Conference on December 13-15, 2008 in Tel Aviv. Mr. Gary Heiman, President and CEO of Standard Textile Co. in the USA, founder of Arad Towels in Israel, and an active member of the Jewish Federation of Cincinnati, has agreed to be the overseas Chair of the Jewish Agency's B2B initiative.
B2B provides a unique opportunity for business leaders from Israel and the overseas Jewish community to network and explore topics of common interest. Equally important, it provides an opportunity for Federation to reach out to the less affiliated business people of your community.
Based on feedback from the December 07' B2B initiative, we are anticipating a larger number of Israeli and overseas participants and are carefully crafting the opportunity for interchange and interaction. Please note that the Jewish Agency components at the Globes will include:
Saturday, Dec. 13th:
a. Opening B2B cocktail
b. Globes VIP dinner
Sunday, Dec. 14th:
a. Jewish Agency panel discussion (an official session of the Globes conference).
b. Roundtable discussion and luncheon
c. Social-networking evening hosted by Partnership 2000 Co-Chair Raya Strauss
Monday, Dec. 15th: Following the Prime Minister's address, a site visit featuring leading Israeli business people who support the Jewish Agency, highlighting their business and civic entrepreneurship.
I would be happy to speak with any individual or group from your community who might be interested in coming.
Sincerely,
Andrea Arbel
