The "G'vanim" elementary school has joined the war against traffic accidents. Through school guidance and activities, the students experienced riding without seat belts during a sudden stop. They were highly impressed with seeing what a bus driver sees from his high seat. All students learned and experienced an understanding of the concept of "stopping distance". They also learned the rules and laws of bicycle riding on roads. They then committed to make sure that their own parents drive safely and legally, and will only cross streets according to proper safety rules and precautions.
