The "Bonei Gsharim" mission was in our partnership region for three days. During this very intensive visit, Tom Falik, Michael Russel and Barbara Levitt had the opportunity to see and hear what is going on in the region. They met with key municipal officials as well as with project operators. At the festive steering committee meeting many "living bridge" program ideas were discussed.

Stephen Silberfarb, CEO of the Rhode Island Federation, also visited the region for three days, and heard, saw and experienced the special and wide range of activities going on in Afula-Gilboa. Steve was able to see first-hand how merchandise and goods are sent to Jenin through the Jalame checkpoint, heard what was going on in the Gilboa regional council and about development in the city of Afula.
