Pesach Bagels By Barbara Feldman (Women’s Forum)
3/4 cup water,
1/3 cup oil,
1 cup matza meal,
pinch salt,
1 tablespoon sugar,
3 eggs. Boil water and oil together. Stir in matza meal, salt and sugar until mixture forms a ball. Remove from heat and add the 3 eggs, one at a time, mixing well each time. Drop spoonfuls on an oiled baking tray. Dip fingers into cold water and shape into bagels with a hole in the middle. Can also shape into rolls.
Bake at 180 degrees for 45 minutes.

Crustless Cheese Cake By Sheila Zetler (Chair Of The Women’s Forum)
Mix well:
2 Containers Cream Cheese
4 Egg Yolks
4 Tablespoons Milk
4 Tablespoons Pesach Potato Flour
4 Tablespoons Vanilla Instant Pudding
Beat till stiff:
2/3 cup Sugar
4 Egg Whites
Fold into the first mixture.
Bake at 150C (300F) in a Springform Pan for 1/2hour.
Topping
1 Pack Sweet Cream
1/3 Cup Sugar
Remains of the Instant Pudding
Beat.
Put on top of the cheese cake when it has cooled.
Enjoy!
