On Thursday August 7th 2008, a delegation of pupils from the "Sepharadic" School in Mexico came for a three days' visit in Eshkol.
The group was hosted at "Noar Negev" in Gvulot and together with the Israeli delegation that traveled as young counselors to Mexico, they went for a night "field training" in the Gvulot observatory, where they prepared "pittas" (round Middle Eastern bread) and made mud bricks.
On Friday, the delegation visited some of Eshkol's outdoors spots such as Chavalim Bridge,… and others.
