On Tuesday, September 22nd 2009, the last 2009 Perach Tutoring Scholarship Awarding Ceremony took place in the Eshkol Regional Council.

The closing ceremony was honored by the participation of:

Ravit Ochayion-Michal - Director of Partnerships 2000, Tal Klamer-Gil'ad - Living Bridge Coordinator Partnerships 2000, Ya'el Adar - Director of the Eshkol Regional Council Education Department, Myia Bone - Eshkol Regional Council Projects Coordinator, Mazal Arussi - Yuvalei Habessor School Principal, Chen Arussi - Perach Project Coordinator, and Perach tutors from Eshkol.

Ravit, Ya'el and Mazal summarized last years' events in their respective speeches.

They expressed their gratefulness to Perach tutors, who have dedicated their time and efforts in order to help and support the wonderful children who participated in the project. Chen thanked everyone for the great year she has had and handed the scholarships to the tutors.

The ceremony ended by Ravit awarding Chen Arussi an additional scholarship given on the basis of her blessed activity in coordinating the project in Eshkol
