Two new villages, named "Benei Netzarim" and "Newe Yated", are being built these days in the southern area of the Eshkol Regional Council, by people who were evacuated from Gush Katif.

Inside the village of "Benei Netzarim", is located the college running the "Halutzim to Halutza" project, by means of the Jewish Agency.

This project addresses youth from Israel and from the Diaspora, who come to "Benei Netzarim" in order to experience a couple of days as pioneers; that is, working in the agricultural field and participating of some educational activities.

The activities in the frame of this project are of help to the farmers and awaken the value of settling the Negev among the youth.

The educational activities include a play performed by volunteers, and also discussion panels facing the teens with contemporary ethical dilemmas.
