Partnership 2000 Chair Joan Levin met with the Israeli steering committee last week, with Israeli Partnership 2000 Chair Elisha Hosman hosting. The steering committee discussed the teachers' delegation, the upcoming GA in Israel, and the Sports for Peace project.

Joan Levin's visit to the region continued with a tour of the Mei Ami community, the YP2K program at the Gvanim High School, and a meeting with Pardess Hanna youth interacting with Jacksonville peers. She spoke on behalf of the Partnership at the ceremony marking the opening of a new library in Givat Olga, named after IDF Captain Yaron Vivante.
