Jewish Agency Partnership 2000 (P2K) is about creating strong, meaningful and ongoing relationships between Israelis and Jews in the diaspora.  The Charlotte-Hadera partnership is about initiating and supporting programs involving Israelis and Charlotte's Jewish community.  These programs create bonds of friendship and understanding, linking groups by professional interest or affinity, and developing innovative methods of communication between the two communities.
