Do the Israeli chanichim know each other or will this be the first time they have met?
What will be the ratio of numbers between your chanichim and the Israeli chanichim?
From what sort of backgrounds do the Israeli chanichim come from?
What will be the level of English of the Israeli chanichim?
How will you look to overcome the language barrier?
Will the chanichim be of the same religious standing? Can you foresee any potential problems…
Will the Israeli chanichim have ever participated in any similar sort of 'mifgashim' programme before?
Do the Israeli chanichim all come from the same place in the country?
Who will be 'in charge' of the Israeli chanichim?
Do the Israeli chanichim have to pay anything towards their programme?
The Mifgash programme:
Is the Mifgash programme that we have designed suitable for your chanachim?
How far into to your tour will the mifgash take place (ie what stage of 'group formation' will they be at)?
What educational activities will you carry out before and afterwards so as to maximise the use of the Mifgash?
What special things will your chanichim need for the Mifgash (ie shoes for a water hike etc.)
How much of the programme will be spent travelling?
What on the programme is your responsibility, what is the responsibility of the Mafgish and what is the responsibility of the representative of your host community?
Who will make up the Tsevet during your days of Mifgashim?
Will you have regular Tsevet meetings?
Mifgashim preparation:
Who will be doing the preparation for the English and Israeli chanachim and when?
What do you want to get out of this preparation?
Will there be any preparation for the English chanachim in England?
Host families:
What will the level of Kashrut be like in all the families?
Will the English chanachim be expected to bring the host family a present?
How many people will be hosted in each Israeli's house - will any English chanichim be by themselves?
How many nights will they spend with a host family?
Will the families speak any English
How close will the houses be to eachother
Where will the madrichim stay?
What meals will be eaten at the host famililes?
