Ties between Israeli and American youth are the heart of the partnership. This summer, four teens from Rochester, NY, between the ages of 16 and 19 arrived in Modi'in and took part in the local summer camps of the community center. Six Israeli teens traveled to Rochester to work with the counselors at the JCC summer camp there. These young ambassadors in both places stayed at homes of local families, met with the children and teenagers and "lived" the life of the community.
