Sculptor Aviva Berger unveiled her majestic piece representing the Modi’in Rochester partnership in Modi’in during the December 2007 joint steering committee meetings. With her here at the dedication are Modi’in Mayor Moshe Spector, Rochester Federation Director Larry Fine, and Modi’in Rochester Partnership Co-chairs Beth Bruner and Hila Hadas.
