A delegation of teenagers from the Jewish community of Metrowest was hosted for Pesach in Ofakim – Merchavim. The framework in which this delegation arrived to Israel is a project of Partnership 2000 called "Mifgash", this project connects youth from Ofakim –Merchavim communities and youth from Metrowest community.

During their visit the travel all around Israel – hiking and kayaking in the north and riding camels in the south.

The American kids enjoyed very much the Sephardic Seder which is so different from the one they celebrate at home.

In December 2006 the Israelis teens will visit their friends in USA.
