In the Aleh association they believe that each boy or girl has the full right to progress and to realize his or her own intrinsic potential.

Based on this point of view, and with the support of the proper therapeutic program tailored to each individual's needs, and with funding from Partnership 2000 a training program and a "Caregivers for the Special Needs Population" course were developed.

Two "Caregivers for the Special Needs Population" courses which concluded successfully this year trained 50 counselors. Twenty of these are residents of this area, who have already joined the Aleh Negev Project in Merhavim.
