Last month, the youth leadership group of the Jewish Federation of Palm Beach County visited the International Center for Tzfat Kabbalah, a project of Partnership 2000 in the Tzahar region.
The young leaders from Palm Beach, headed by Mr. Scott Brockman, enjoyed a day packed with experiences of the Kabbalah, produced especially for them.
The group toured the Old City of Tzfat, listened to a lecture and heard explanations about the ancient Tzfat Kabbalah and the widespread interest it has aroused throughout the world.
After a typical Tzfat luncheon, the group took a hike in the forest, including an experiential workshop at the grave of Yonatan Ben Uziel in nearby Amuka.
For some of the participants this was the first visit to the area or to Israel and it left a strong impression on the entire group.
