Akko's Gordon School continues its twin relationship with AJA in Austin, Texas.   After a joint project on environmental protection that centered on the story - "The Giving Tree" -teachers from either side of the ocean moved on to the next project "All About Me," which was developed by the teachers who took part in the Education Delegation of 2010.

In this project, students talk about themselves to the students in the twin class, as well as to entire student body at the twin school. At Gordon School, each student cut out the shape of a child, decorated it as he wishes, and answered specific about his life, formulated by the teachers at both schools.  At AJA, the students added a personal photo, with the answers to the personal questions.

At the moment, the artwork of each school can be seen at the entrance to each twin school, and the students visit the wall with the artwork to learn more about their friends overseas.
