Artist and photography teacher, Yohanan Kishon, active in the partnership for years, has initiated a joint photography project for youth in both countries, together with photographers Freddie Kelvin and Larry Wilian.
The project is based on the students' photography of day-to-day life at school, in their family and on trips. One of the aspects which the children were asked to describe in their photos was their connection to the Jewish world on both sides of the ocean.
In May, artist Freddie Kelvin will visit Israel as part of the Partnership's Artist Resident Project. During the project, Freddie will visit with students in the photography major at Sulam Tzur and run a photography workshop for them.
Attached are the first photographs in the process, and we promise to update you on the latest developments!
