Young People Make A Difference In Haifa

We recently awarded study grants totaling some $60,000 to 60 students who live in the student village in Haifa's Hadar neighborhood and do outreach work in education, culture and social activities among the weak neighborhood's residents. The project, now entering its second year, was established in cooperation with the Social Responsibility Unit of Haifa University in response to the Second Lebanon War, and is part of our efforts to strengthen Israel's north.
