Youth Futures in Dimona was excited to receive several distinguished visitors on December 7th – the Mayor, the Chairman of the Alon Co., and the CEO of Alon USA came to hear about the Youth Futures program and listen to one of the participants' poetry. Effi Herringman and other children wrote about their dreams and hopes for the future, and Effi, who is a third year participant in the Youth Futures program, read his poems out loud to the visitors. The poems were written during their creative writing course that was donated by the municipal library.

The poems were received with warm praise by the visitors, who turned the visit into an enjoyable experience for all.
