During the recent visit that the Youth Futures Trustees made to their wonderful partners in Cleveland, the Trustees presented their hosts with presents and pictures made by their children.

Hyla Winston sent us the following response, which warmed our hearts, and especially the heart of A. who drew it.

The drawing is the work of Bar from the Beit Shean Valley Regional Council. Bar is a 3rd grader who has difficulties in school and self esteem. But despite her difficulties – Bar is extremely motivated and pushes to succeed.

After a year of work with her Trustee, Tomer, Bar has really progressed – Kol Hakavod, Bar!

Bar and Tomer still have a long way to go, but they are working on it together, which makes all the difference
