Dozens of Israeli businesspeople, joined by a delegation from the UJA Federation of Greater Toronto, took part in a Tel Aviv fundraising event on behalf of the Jewish Agency Youth Futures program in Eilat last week.

Eilat Mayor Meir Yitzchak Halevi presided over an impromptu choir composed of Israeli business leaders Rami Mardor - Director General of IDB Holdings, Yuli Ofer, Moshe Theumim, Yossi Avrahami, Rafi Sadeh, Ami Hirschstein - Dan Hotels, Asher Gabbay, Eitan Bar Zeev and Leon Recanati. The Canadian delegates joined in the song and dance, under the direction of Yossi Tanuri, Director General of UIA Federations Canada's Israel Office.

The successful event concluded with the Israeli business leaders pledging over $100,000 for Youth Futures Eilat.
