The Palm Beach Federation are our partners in the two cities of Hazor and Rosh Pina. In Hatzor and Rosh Pina there are 11 trustees all of whom are local residents; 8 of them live in Hatzor and the other 3 in surrounding communities

The Youth Futures program in Hatzor and Rosh Pina addresses the needs of 170 children ages 6-13 and 75 youth ages 14-18. Of the 170 children enrolled in this program, 120 are from Hazor and 20 are from Rosh Pina. Eight of the trustees work with 20 children and the other 3 work with ten children. Each trustee meets with each child once a week on an individual basis for at least an hour and with the group as a whole once a week for 1-2 hours.

The Heznek high school program for the youth ages 14-18 works alongside the school, but provides additional educational support outside school hours. It has proven to be successful in increasing the number of youth who complete their matriculation exams, through working on group and individual levels.

The Mayor of Hatzor, Mr. Shaul Kamis, fully cooperates with the Youth Futures program and is extremely supportive. The program also enjoys the cooperation of the local education department which makes efforts to include the YF staff in their projects. The local welfare department is also very cooperative, often when professional input is needed the Youth Futures staff turns to the social workers for their advice and support.
