Canadians Facilitate Ben Yakir Expansion to Six Groups

Funds generously donated by Hadassah-WIZO Canada have enabled Ben Yakir to expand the number of residential groups at the village from five to six. The contribution has enabled the residential village to complete the re-organization of dormitory arrangements so that students studying externally at nearby high schools are now housed as a separate group. This is a successful innovation and fast-growing program, which complements Ben Yakir’s junior high program. Hadassah-WIZO Canada is a veteran partner of Youth Aliyah and has supported Ben Yakir for many years.
