The relationship between Nitzana and the Denver/Boulder Colorado Jewish Federation has been strengthened following reciprocal visits. In October a delegation from Colorado visited Nitzana while several Shin Shinim, students spending a gap year between high school and the army volunteering at Nitzana, traveled to Denver in the summer.

In addition to its ongoing support for new immigrant programs at Nitzana, the Denver/Boulder Federation, through the UJC Israel Emergency Campaign, is funding projects for the Ramat HaNegev Region and Nitzana. These projects relate to the security situation and benefit needy soldiers, new immigrants and victims of terror.
