More than 2,000 Youth Aliyah students and new immigrant children in Absorption Centers went back to school equipped with new school bags and an $80 voucher for the purchase of school stationery, which can be redeemed at the stores of Office Depot throughout Israel.

The $220,000 operation was funded through the Jewish Agency’s Special Fund for Preventing School Drop-Outs by UJC and Keren Hayesod as well as Office Depot.
