The new Alon and Egoz Dormitories were dedicated at Kiryat Yearim in June by Carmen Meyer, President of the Swiss Committee.

The state-of-the-art dormitories each contain seven rooms with every room designed for three pupils and each room has its own bathroom facilities. This marks the completion of a comprehensive program to build and renovate the residential facilities at Kiryat Yearim.
The entire project, which provides the village’s students with the highest quality living conditions and therefore raises the teenagers' self-esteem, has been funded by the Swiss Committee.
In the coming year the Swiss Committee, which has supported the village for over 50 years, will commence funding a major project to renovate the Bet Helen Auditorium at Kiryat Yearim.
