Work is about to begin on a new sports stadium for Hadassah Neurim. The track and field athletics facilities, which should be completed within several months, have been made possible due to a major donation from Hadassah, Women’s Zionist Organization of America. The contribution has been made in honor of former president Marlene Post.
 
“The facilities will be among the best available in the world,’ explained Nachum Katz, Director of Hadassah Neurim, “including plastic tracks, long jump, high jump and throwing installations and even electronic equipment for photo finishes so that we can hold major national and even international competitions here.”

Additional donations are being sought to complete the final stages of this project.
