Students at Ramat Hadassah Szold are now able to explore the surrounding Galilee countryside by mountain bike.

The Spirit of Israel has donated 20 mountain bikes and safety accessories to the village.

The bikes were given at a festive ceremony in May in the presence of Spirit of Israel chairman, Nicky Capelouto, and board member and the legendary captain of Maccabi Tel Aviv’s 1977 European championship team, Tal Brody.

The mountain bike program at Ramat Hadassah Szold will instill such values as love of nature, teamwork and physical fitness.
